Privacy policy
Updated November 4, 2026.
Who is responsible
Comissário Software House LTDA, CNPJ 68.842.056/0001-27, is responsible for the data handled by Obvvio. Data protection contact: oi@obvvio.app.
From people who create pages
Your email to sign in and get notices, payment data (handled by the payment provider you choose; we never store card numbers) and your page content.
We use this to provide the service, issue invoices and comply with the law.
From guests
Name, attendance, number of plus-ones and any note the guest writes. People who send a gift can leave a name and a note.
This is used only so the host can see the replies. Legal basis: legitimate interest, with notice on the form itself.
What we never do
We do not sell data, show ads or use third-party trackers on guest pages. We do not use guest replies to train AI.
How long we keep it
Replies, notes, gift givers' names and photos are deleted 90 days after the event. Drafts that were never published are deleted after 60 days. Backups are deleted within 30 more days. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Who we share with
Only those needed to run the service: hosting, email delivery, payment providers and the AI model that builds the page. They all handle data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at oi@obvvio.app. Guests can ask to delete their own reply at the same address or through the host. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in. Site visits are measured without cookies and without identifying anyone.
