Who we are

Obvvio is a service of Comissário Software House LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 68.842.056/0001-27, based in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brasil. Here, "we" means Obvvio and "you" means whoever creates a page.

What we offer

Mini-app templates (like wedding websites, invitations and draws) that you customize by chatting with an AI and publish at your own address.

The AI can make mistakes. You review the page before publishing and you decide what goes live.

Payment and duration

Making and previewing is free. Event templates are paid once and stay online until 90 days after the event date, with an option to extend. Business templates are billed monthly with no contract.

We accept card, digital wallets and crypto, and Pix in Brazil. The price is the one shown at checkout.

Refunds

You can cancel within 7 days of buying and get the full amount back.

Gifts and guest money

When a guest sends a cash gift, the payment goes straight to the account or link you provided. Obvvio does not receive, hold or forward that money, and is not responsible for payments made outside the page.

What is not allowed

Using Obvvio to deceive people, ask for money on someone else's behalf, or publish illegal or hateful content or content that violates other people's rights.

We may pause or take down a reported page while we check, and close the account of anyone who breaks these terms.

Your content

Your text and photos stay yours. You allow us to store and display that content only so the page can work.

Limits

We do our best to keep your page online on the day of your event, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the template.
